How to build Ranch in Palworld
Before you can build a Ranch, you need to unlock its blueprint. To do this, simply progress until you reach level five in the Technology tree. After this, all you have to do is collect all the necessary resources for the building:
- Wood (50) - You can get it by cutting down trees or by building a Logging Site.
- Stone (20) - Can be obtained by mining rocks or by building a Stone Pit.
- Fiber (30) - You can get it by cutting down trees. This can also be done with your bare hands, but with an axe, you will spend much less time.
Once you have collected all the necessary resources, you need to choose a location to build a Ranch. This structure is quite large and requires a more or less flat surface.
It's also worth placing a Feed Box next to it so that your Pals don't wander too far from the Ranch. In addition, we recommend that you craft a Chest for resources that you will passively farm at the Ranch.
How to use Ranch in Palworld
Once you've built a Ranch, you will want your Pals to graze there. Fortunately, creatures like Lamball or Mozzarina will immediately start this if they are not busy with other work and jobs. Also, no more than five Pals can graze at the same time. Therefore, to produce many different resources, you will need several Ranches.
After a short time, a grazing Pal will begin to drop resources. In the case of Lamball, it will be wool, and in the case of Mozzarina, you will get milk. After that, you can just visit your Ranch from time to time and pick up resources.
This structure is one of the most useful in the early stages of the game. Therefore, if you want to save time on finding some resources, you should unlock its blueprint as soon as possible.
