Persona fans who wanted more of the Phantom Thieves' story get exactly what they're looking for with Persona 5 Tactica. Unfortunately, this game's runtime isn't nearly as long as fans of the franchise may be used to, a fact Atlus may have been keenly aware of.
Presumably to address this, we have the introduction of Awards and side missions for each quest that give them more replayability. Some of these missions require you to complete the quest more than once. But how exactly do you replay quests in Persona 5 Tactica once you've completed them?

How to replay quests in Persona 5 Tactica
You can replay quests in Persona 5 Tactica from the Phantom Thieves' Hideout. This means that the option to replay quests is unlocked only after you have completed the Mysterious Girl quest and visited the Hideout for the first time.
To replay a quest, you must first go to the Hideout menu from Le Blanc. Once there, select the "Replay" option before choosing the quest that you want to replay. Keep in mind that you can only choose to replay quests that you have already completed fully.
Once you've chosen your desired quest, you'll be prompted to select which characters you want to deploy. This is where the fun of replaying quests really lies because you can pick a whole new squad from the Phantom Thieves that wasn't available when playing through the quest the first time around.
So, by cycling through different characters, you can hone and implement various strategies that allow you to breeze through quests that you initially struggled with. However, in a few cases, certain characters may be restricted in some quests.
Not only does replaying quests bag you a bunch of money and EXP, it also gives you the chance to acquire any Awards you missed during your first run or those that require you to replay the quest.
