Recently, a leak confirmed that there would be Christmas-themed cosmetics, as well as Weekly Missions to complete in the Battlefield 2042 Pre-Season, which fans had mixed opinions about.

For us, it's a fun little addition. It's all optional, but we'll be parading around the battlefield as a big Russian man dressed as Father Christmas whether you like it or not.

Battlefield 2042 Pre-Season Length

Apparently, the current Battlefield 2042 Pre-Season is expected to last for eight weeks, which is a long enough time for players to complete the Weekly Missions and earn the Christmas skins if they want them.

Considering how Battlefield 2042 Seasons are expected to last three months each, with Battlefield 2042 Season 1 expected to come out sometime in 2022, fans should have enough time to earn these before the next big update hits the shooter.

Battlefield 2042 is now available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
