Sony has noted the following regarding the DualSense's battery life:
Under most conditions, battery life is expected to be similar to the DualShock 4 wireless controller. Recharging time when connected to PS5 or the DualSense Charging Station is estimated at approximately three hours.
This may surprise some of you, as with the new consoles arriving this week, one would be fair to assume that the new controllers would have a better battery.
But, with all the new features within the controller, it appears the battery is going to be the same.
