Alongside views on Cyberpunk 2077's wider legacy, CD Projekt has confirmed they have no plans to entertain any acquisition inquiries. That's after VGC reported comments by CD Projekt Red's President, Adam Kiciński, who recently spoke with Polish economic newspaper Rzeczpospolita.
Asked if the studio could be up for sale or if there would be possible investors that could acquire them, Kiciński stated:
“We have been saying for years that we plan to remain independent and do not plan to become part of a larger entity. We are also not looking for a strategic investor.”
