Insomniac Games' decision to incorporate these new No Way Home skins for PS5 players only in Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered has come under criticism from fans. Unhappy that these haven't come to the PS4 edition, several fans queried this directly with the developer, who've since replied below:
Pointing out that it was a "difficult decision" for them to release the new suits for the remastered version only, Insomniac claims it was also for the fans to "continue enjoying Marvel’s Spider-Man (PS4) at its optimal performance."

With Spider-Man: No Way Home less than two weeks away from launch worldwide, Insomniac Games has announced that two new Spidey costumes inspired by the movie are coming to Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered on Friday 10th December.
Posting a short video teaser on Twitter, that showcases two new options. First is the Iron Spider suit, comprised of red, blue, and gold colours. Second is the black and gold suit seen in the trailer for No Way Home.

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered Gets No Way Home "Inspired" Suits This Week
These new suits are only available for players who've got the Remastered version of Marvel's Spider-Man on PS5. Currently, that's only available through buying the Ultimate Edition of Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales. So, if you're hoping to use these on PS4, you're unfortunately out of luck.
