Remnant 2 NPCs in Ward 13
The major chunk of NPCs you’re going to interact with for quests and purchase items are located in the main hub, Ward 13. Let’s have a look at all of them and see what you can get from their shops.
Wallace
Wallace is located at the docks in Ward 13. He helps you pick up your starting archetype and provides you with your first armour set. He is responsible for upgrading engrams to unlock multiple archetypes as well as resetting trait points, and levelling Relics.
Rigs
Rigs has a workshop inside Ward 13 that you’re going to visit often. He’s a weapons specialist who can upgrade your weapons throughout the game. Whether it's a standard or boss weapon, as long as you have the required material, you can enhance it at his shop. Check out our list of the best weapons in Remant 2.
Brabus
Brabus is situated in the firing range at Ward 13. He’s an arms dealer with a shop where you can purchase all sorts of ranged and melee weapons. Some of the weapons are free for players depending on their starting archetype, while the rest can be bought for the right amount of scraps.
Reggie
Reggie is another merchant in the game who is located in Ward 13. You can purchase various consumables, rings, grenades, and some other resources from his shop. Most notably, he sells ammo, pipe bombs, boosters, and old metal tool. He also sells one of the best rings in Remnant 2.
Whispers
Another merchant in Ward 13, Whispers, is in charge of all sorts of armour. You have to visit his workshop to purchase different armor, including your starting archetype set. You can also buy Anastasija's Inspiration ring for 3000 scraps from Whisper, which grants you the Haste effect.
Cass
Another merchant located in Ward 13, Cass sells miscellaneous items and materials in her shop. Most importantly, she will constantly update her inventory with tiers of iron corresponding to your level. You can also purchase some cool rings and the Simulacrum from her.
McCabe
McCabe has a workshop in Ward 13 that you can visit. She is in charge of weapon mods, so you need to visit her shop each time you’re looking to purchase or craft some of those mods. She'll even craft you powerful boss weapons depending on what you bring her.
Dwell
A merchant from Yaesha who has relocated to Ward 13, Dwell, can be found next to the firing range. You can talk to him to craft and upgrade various Relic Fragments and Mutators. He also sells the consumable Processed Koara, that helps with stamina recovery.
Mudtooth(Get secret ring and amulet)
Mudtooth is located in Ward 13 and opens his shop once you hear some of his stories. His shop mainly consists of various concoctions that can be purchased for 500 scraps each. He also sells the Old Whistle, which is used to craft the Silent Whistle Engram.
Listen to all of his stories, and he’ll give you a ring matching your primary class. Once you hit level 10 with a class he’ll give you a corresponding amulet as well.
Norah
The doctor located in Ward 13, Norah, has healing and status prevention items in her store alongside the Medic class Emblem. You can get consumables like Bandage and Blood Rot, along with other healing items from her.
Other Remnant 2 NPCs

Nimue
Nimue is an NPC merchant located in Nimue's Retreat in Losomn. She crafts various items for the player, including amulets, rings, weapons, and other consumables. Some notable items she can make are One True King Sigil, Rune Pistol, and Tranquil Heart. She also guides you in your hunt for the Nightweaver.
Bloodmoon Alter
Bloodmoon Altar is a merchant that appears in a random location in Yaesha. You can interact with it to buy various gear pieces, rings, amulets, and other consumables in exchange for Bloodmoon Essence. You can also buy Faded Grimoire here, which is used to craft the Tome of The Bringer Engram.
Bedel
Bedel is another NPC that you can run into when you first enter Yaesha. His shop has a fairly powerful amulet and some miscellaneous items that will help you against the Root corruption in Yaesha. The Rot Root prevention ring, in particular, can be quite handy.
