When they’re not casting spells on chickens, struggling to run a city, or faking their own death, Skyrim’s Dragonborn can be pretty lethal in battle.
After all, when you’ve been in combat with fearsome foes like Alduin and the ebony warrior, wipe out bandit leaders for fun, and have completed more quests than you can remember, you tend to end up pretty invincible.
Unfortunately for their enemies, it seems that everyone’s favourite dragonslayer is never going to stop getting stronger, with modders continuing to make them hilariously overpowered, an ethos which one new mod embodies perfectly.
Did you ever think you’d be able to dab in Skyrim?
The mod in question is called ‘Dab like a zoomer’ and is the work of prolific modder NickaNak, whose previous work has helped bring Breath of the Wild’s paraglider to Skyrim, as well as giving the Dragonborn some cool jumping attacks and the ability to slide tackle like Roy Keane in his prime.
This time, though, they’ve done something truly reprehensible, not only bringing the ability, but turning it into an obscenely effective killing manoeuvre that can instantly decimate some enemies in brutal fashion, as you can see in the video below.
In order to make this possible, the despicable dab has been turned into a custom killcam animation that can be implemented into the game via another mod, ShikyoKira’s ‘Nemesis Unlimited Behavior Engine’, which gives you the means to enable an option named ‘ultimate dab’.
Once you’ve done that, you should be ready to go on the kind of meme-centric killing spree that most Fortnite players can only dream of, annihilating unfortunate NPCs who won’t even get the joke that’s sending their heads flying off into the distance.
If you do so and end up feeling as though it isn’t giving you quite as high a dose of hilarity as you expected, you could try adding a mod like Niroku’s ‘Expressive Facial Animation -Male Edition-’ to your load order, as this should ensure that each of your victims’ faces are adorned with the appropriate look of fear or anguish.
