Sony has been unveiling some of the most impressive TVs to date, but now it looks like they're ready to release yet another showstopper in the form of the A75K OLED TV.
While still a premium TV, the A75K is a more affordable alternative to some of Sony's higher-end options, like the Sony Bravia XR A95K.
The big question is, when will it be released, and what should we be looking forward to this time around?

Does The Sony A75K TV Have A Release Date?
It looks like after much anticipation the upcoming Sony A75K is now available for purchase in the UK and Europe.
You can order both the 55-inch and 65-inch models directly from Sony's website.
But what exactly are you getting?
Sony A75K TV Specs
So, the exciting part - what are we going to get with Sony A75K when it comes to power and performance?
The big things here are that it features two true HDMI 2.1 ports for 4K/ 120hz gaming and VRR.
That's great for gamers, especially those playing on next-gen (and even more so for those who own two next-gen consoles).
It has a WOLED, 4K panel, which should deliver epic contrast, deep inky blacks, and vibrant colour.

We don't have any specs on what the maximum nit brightness is just yet, but we have high hopes it'll be more than enough.
The A75K also looks like it uses the same tech as some of the more premium TVs from Sony, like the upcoming A95k, including the Cognitive Processor XR. This is a move that reminds us of the iPhone SE 3, which features Apple's A15 chip - the same chip that is used in the iPhone 13.
It's an exciting move, and one we're looking forward to seeing in action.
And last but not least, it's got Google TV, which comes with built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant. Win, win.

Sony A75K TV Design
Similarly to the A95K, the Sony A75K TV comes in two sizes, 55 and 65 inches. These are both great for more immersive gaming experiences but aren't so big that they detract from First Person Shooters.
If you want to go smaller you'll likely want to check out the recently released LG C2 42-inch model.
On the design front, we think it looks great. Of course, it's a little less sleek than the premium models, but for what we expect it to deliver for the price, that shouldn't matter too much.

We're 'slightly' disappointed that there isn't a smaller option for those who have either smaller living spaces or want something for a bedroom.
We think the recently released 42" OLED TV from LG is going to be a big hit with gamers for precisely that reason, as will the recently released 48" OLED Ultra gear gaming monitor.
Overall though, the A75K looks amazing.

Sony A75K TV Price
Alongside the recent pre-orders, Sony also revealed the price for the new A75K models.
The 55-inch display has a starting price of around £1,999 while the larger 65-inch model will start at £2,799.
While this is still a premium TV, compared to the £2,699 starting price of the Sony A95K it looks like a cheaper alternative.
