Players of The Sims 4 love recreating real-world locations, whether they be the Love Island villa or a fully functional Binley Mega Chippy.
One of the few things that these two locations have in common is that they’re both hangouts, places where sims can chill out and socialise away from the stresses of their nine to five.
Now, a new creation has further added to the list of real-world options sims have when venturing out into the world.

This fresh locale is the work of creator JCTekkSims, who has a number of realistically themed locations, including several McDonald's restaurants and 7-Eleven petrol stations, already in their Sims property portfolio.
The latest addition is another in a series of mods designed to bring coffee chain Starbucks into the Sims and is called: “Starbucks #2”, providing players with, as you might expect, a fully furnished coffee establishment.
Similarly to both of JCTekkSims’ previous Starbucks creations, called “Starbucks #1” and “Starbucks Concept Restaurant”, the design of this latest Starbucks combines elements of real-world restaurants with some modifications from the creator’s own imagination.
The immersion really is on point too, with everything from disabled parking to readable menus behind the counter being included, even if getting stuck in traffic and having your name spelt backwards on the cup are not guaranteed.
There’s also a drive-thru, though whether it’s fully functional remains a mystery that you’ll have to solve for yourself.
On the other hand, if you’re after a more retro Sims experience, coffee shops are also available by mods to The Sims 2, with ekrubynaffit’s “Central Perk'' bringing the infamous Friends landmark to the game.
So, settle in, grab a cuppa and make sure to follow us for more Sims updates, in addition to coverage of the equally weird modding communities of Elden Ring and Skyrim.
