How to enable damage numbers in Starfield
You can turn on damage numbers at any time in the game settings. Here's what you need to do:
- Go to settings.
- Choose the interface tab.
- Toggle the damage numbers setting and choose “On” there.
That’s it, you will now be able to see numbers representing the amount of damage you are dealing when you hit an opponent.
Does your damage increase as you level up in Starfield?
In many RPGs, when you level up, your damage also goes up. But that's not how it works in Starfield, and you can only increase your damage by using better weapons or modifying old ones. It is worth noting that this is the case with most other RPGs from Bethesda, not only with Starfield. Also, the game has many combat skills that increase damage for different types of weapons, and below you can see them all:
- Ballistics
- Dueling
- Lasers
- Pistol Certification
- Shotgun Certification
- Advanced Demolitions
- Heavy Weapon Certification
- Incapacitation
- Rifle Certification
- Expert Marksmanship
- Particle Beams
- Rapid Reloading
- Sniper Certification
- Targeting Master
- Armor Penetration
- Crippling
- Sharpshooting
There you go; you are ready to choose the best gun in your arsenal and destroy space pirates and other villains!
