How do you equip gear in Super Mario RPG?
To equip gear in Super Mario RPG, you'll first need to navigate your way to the main menu. This is done by pressing the + button on your Nintendo Switch. Once you've done this, make your way to the Equip tab. This is where you'll be able to select your items and gear to equip them.
When looking at the Equip tab, you'll be able to equip different items and gear in one of three slots: Weapon, Armour, and Accessory. In your Weapon slot, you'll be adding in your basic weapons to attack enemies with, whilst the item in your Armour slot will determine how much damage you're able to take before being taken out.
Lastly, the Accessory slot will allow you to equip miscellaneous items, that will give you different perks or stat buffs. One such example is the Signal Ring, which you can equip to reveal hidden collectables in Super Mario RPG's world. However, there is a limit to how many Accessories you can have equipped at once, so you'll have to choose wisely when selecting your loadout.
