Super Smash Bros Ultimate's offers some of gaming's most recognisable characters trying to send each other into the atmosphere, and there's no better way to do it than with a Final Smash.
These powerful attacks can sometimes eliminate multiple enemies at once, and each character has their own.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate: How to Use Final Smash
Final smashes are easy to pull off, but you'll need to earn the ability to do so.
Depending on your match type, you might get the Final Smash at a random point in the game, but you'll also be able to earn it by attacking the "Smash Ball", a rainbow coloured item that periodically appears when items are on. It has the Smash Bros logo on it, but beware - fake "Smash Balls" also exist, with a slightly different logo, and they'll knock you out if you hit those!
You'll know you're ready to unleash your final smash by the way your character will be lit up, and from there it's simple. Push the "B" button, but without any directional inputs.
Doing so will trigger your Final Smash, and if you've lined it up with one or more enemies, you'll do a tonne of damage.
Here's a handy video for all of the base game's Final Smashes.
