Nitr0 Replaced By Grim in Team Liquid
Nicholas Canella, also known as Nitr0 will be benched in the next DreamHack Open.
He will be replaced with Michael Wince aka, Grim.
Fans believe although this seems to be temporary that this could actually be permanent due to a tweet posted by Nitr0.
Nitr0 performed extremely well last year at the ESL Cologne, IEM Sydney, and ESL Pro League Season 9, but since then his performance has lacked.
Team Liquid decided it was time to make a change, apparently, the organisation had spoken with Nicholas weeks ago about a potential replacement.
The replacement in question is expected to be Grim, he's been performing really well and consistently.
He competed at MIBR and it's meant to be one of the best ever performances in a match.
Michael previously competed for teams like Dignitas, Triumph, Spacestation Gaming, and SoaR, now he will be joining one fo the best CSGO teams out there.
Team Liquid confirmed this themselves through Rush B Media:
"We can confirm that Michael "Grim" Wince will be starting for Team Liquid at Dreamhack next weekend. We're not ready to share more at the moment, but we will have more to share with the community soon."
Many fans were disgruntled and so Team Liquid Co-CEO Steve Arhancet took to Twitter to address the situation.
We know the news today in cs has taken people by surprise, and we don't want to leave anyone in the dark - but, we just need a little more time to make sure we do what's right by our players and the community pic.twitter.com/b2ANuVPON3
