FFVII The First Soldier Adds Costumes and Cosmetics From Advent Children

FFVII The First Soldier players will have until January 20 to get the Advent Children cosmetics for their custom avatars, as revealed by the official Twitter post from The First Soldier’s account.

Players will be able to obtain the Advent Children costumes of Cloud, Tifa, and Barret, with Cloud and Barret’s attires being available for male and female characters, while Tifa’s clothes are locked for female avatars but that shouldn’t be an issue for most players.

In case anyone’s unaware, Advent Children is the movie sequel to Final Fantasy VII where Cloud has to defeat a number of young men who want to follow in Sephiroth’s example and it came out to a mixed reception, though fans do love the fights and clothes.

Despite the mixed reception, the influence of Advent Children can still be felt today as Cloud and the rest of the game’s cast have donned these costumes in games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Kingdom Hearts.

FFVII The First Soldier is now available on iOS and Android.
