It’s February and you know what that means; Square Enix announcing a new Valentine’s Day event for Final Fantasy XIV. With the holiday of love on the horizon, Square Enix revealed what's included this year, and what fans get for participating.

Officially called Valentione’s Day, it'll keep players busy as we wait for XIV's 7.0 update, assuming you've finished the Endwalker expansion. For now, here’s everything we know about Final Fantasy XIV’s Valentine’s Day 2022 event.

What is the Release Date for Final Fantasy XIV’s Valentine’s Day Event?

Players can participate in the Final Fantasy XIV Valentine’s Day event from February 8 until February 21, 2022. Ending a week after Valentine’s Day, that’s so more players can take part in the festivities.

What Time Does the Final Fantasy XIV Valentine’s Day Event Start?

According to Square Enix, players can log in to access this event from Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. to Monday, February 21, 2022, at 6:59 a.m. (PST).

What Are the Final Fantasy XIV Valentine’s Day Event Requirements?

To start this event, you'll need to accept the No Love Lost quest from Lisette de Valentione in Old Gridania. Make sure you're Level 15, otherwise, you cannot participate in the Valentine’s Day event.

What Are the Final Fantasy XIV Valentine’s Day Event Rewards?

Once completed, players can obtain the Postmoogle Barding for their Chocobo. This is a unique item that cannot be sold, so it’s one that Final Fantasy XIV players might want to show off.
