If you've played Valorant you're likely familiar with the weapon buying functions.
One of the useful aspects is the fact that players can actually request weapons from other players.
Meaning you don't have to buy something and drop it for someone else.
Although, this ability hasn't always worked as it should, to the point where players will lose their credits.
Here's what we know about the future fix.

Valorant Buyback Glitch Fix
Sometimes if a player were to buy their teammate a gun they requested, then it was sold, players wouldn't get their money back.
Obviously, with some weapons, this isn't too much of an issue as they aren't that expensive.
But when it comes to buying a player one of the top tier guns, you can definitely feel the sting is the glitch happens.
This issue has been present since the game first launched and players have been desperate to see a fix.
It looks like they won't have to wait much longer though.
Developer Brandon Wang took to Reddit to assure players they are working on it
“We are aware of this issue, and while it may not land in the current patch, we’re trying our best to get it fixed in an upcoming one,” Wang told the Reddit community on January 12th.
The fix isn't expected to go live in patch 2.00 although we can be hopeful to see it sometime soon.
