How to Get Characters in Wuthering Waves

You can obtain new characters in Wuthering Waves by spending Asterite on the game’s gacha system. Asterite can be obtained by progressing through the game, participating in events, or purchasing it with real money. You then use Asterite to purchase Tides, which are specific to each of the three banner types.

The premium currency in gacha games is usually scarce, so you’ll need a lot of resource management if you plan on staying afloat in the meta as a free-to-play player. Otherwise, chasing after a specific Resonator will require a lot of luck or earning the title of “financially irresponsible”.

And that’s everything we have on Wuthering Waves characters. For more on the action RPG, feel free to take a look at the Wuthering Waves 1.0 banners and see which Resonators and weapons have boosted rates.
