The first months of 2021 have certainly been exciting for those looking ahead to the hotly-anticipated launch of Battlefield 6.

Battlefield 6 False Rumours
One of the most recent rumours surrounding Battlefield 6 involves the destructible environments that have become synonymous with the franchise.
While an FX artist posted details on improved levels of destruction coming to the game, former DICE developer Alan Kertz took to Twitter to address some of the rumours.
According to the developer, he has “yet to see a leak worth a damn”, implying that several leaks and rumours that have appeared in first months of the year are in fact false.
While this may seem disappointing for Battlefield fans, there is still plenty to be excited about when it comes to the release of the game.

Battlefield 6 Reveal
The last official information that was heard regarding the reveal of Battlefield 6 was in early February during EA’s earnings call.
EA CEO Andrew Wilson stated that we will hear more details surrounding the game in the Spring, meaning that the first glimpse of what DICE has been working on is just around the corner!
With the game likely to utilise the power of next-gen consoles and all-new PC graphics cards, the new Battlefield title could be one of the very best, and perhaps even contend with Call of Duty for the first time in a long time.
