After some testing, we've selected a combination of five attachments that are perfect for improving the performance of the M13B in Modern Warfare 3:

Up first is the combination of the Harbinger D20 muzzle and the 14" Bruen Echelon barrel for improvements to bullet velocity, recoil control, and accuracy when firing from the hip.

To ensure fast reaction times, the VLK LZR 7MW laser reduces aim-down sight speed and sprint-to-fire time which comes in handy when attempting to deal with any fast-moving submachine gunners that fly around a corner at breakneck speed.

So you don't spend the majority of a match hiding and reloading, the 45 Round Mag comes into its own, allowing you to eliminate multiple opponents in quick succession.
