Destiny 2 Season of the Worthy is almost here and it removes paid Bright Engrams (cosmetic drops) in favour of focusing on the paid storefront.
With that in mind, you might be wondering how to get Bright Dust, one of the game's two premium currencies, and what you can spend it on.
Here's our guide to this resource.

Destiny 2: What is Bright Dust
Bright Dust is a currency that can be spent on premium items like armour cosmetics, finishers, and shaders – but only once they're rotated out of the store.
It's not to be confused with Silver, though. Silver has to be purchased with real money, while Bright Dust is not. Because of this, it has a much lower value than Silver.
Destiny 2: How to earn Bright Dust
It's incredibly easy to earn Bright Dust, but only in small amounts.
All you need to do is dismantle cosmetic gear you don't want. That means ships, sparrows, Ghost Shells, or ornaments.
You can also grab it in small quantities by completing weekly Vanguard and Crucible bounties.
