Spurs
As this only requires an 84 rated team and 75 chemistry, it should be pretty easy to finish.
There are some good 84 rated players to choose from in the Premier League.
If you have some 85 rated players spare, throw them in, regardless of the league, to help bump the rating up and choose some lower-rated players.
To get the required team rating, you'll need to following players (or equivalent):
- 1 x 85 rated player
- 6 x 84 rated players
- 4 x 83 rated players
Brazil
The Premier League again remains supreme for this challenge and Fernandinho is a very accessibly 84 rated player that fits the Brazilian requirement.
Again, the chemistry requirement is low so feel free to throw a few high rated keepers into the mix and use a high rated player like Harry Kane to save you money collectively on lower-rated players.
To get the required team rating, you'll need to following players (or equivalent):
- 1 x 88 rated player
- 1 x 86 rated players
- 1 x 85 rated player
- 6 x 84 rated players
- 2 x 83 rated players
Premier League
The rating isn't too bad here so I would throw in some high rated players from other leagues such as Serie A or La Liga to help bump up the rating.
It should let you put a fair number of 83/84 players into the team.
An 85 rated in-form is going to cost you roughly 30,000 coins, but an 84 rated player will cost you anywhere between 18,000-24,000.

Review
So is it worth it? It's a great card, a really great card. But, it's a lot to invest in a card that doesn't really wow me.
I think the Premier League already has a great option in Mohamed Salah, with much better stats AND it's tradable.
If Lucas is a card you just get along with it, then go for it, but you can get a better option for cheaper.
