Fortnite's Chapter 2 Season 4 is live, and it's time for fresh weekly challenges!

Last week's challenges had players getting down and dirty in gunfights as well as destroying Gatherers and using them to deal damage!

While challenges this week seem simple, they are far more specific than previous ones and will require a good idea of where to find the right items.

Here are week 5's challenges.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 Week 5 Challenges Release Date

This would get you a long way on your Battle Pass, helping to unlock new characters, emotes, and weapon skins.

MARVELOUS: Get ready for another week of Marvel filled challenges

How To Complete Season 4 Week 5 Challenges

Search Chests At Doom's Domain

This is a relatively easy challenge, requiring you to head to the Steamy Stacks POI in Fortnite.

Located in the very north-east corner, you may struggle to do this in one go due to there potentially not being enough chests and competition from opponents.

Your best jumping into squads or solos to ensure you are competing with fewer teammates and even opponents.

It will no doubt be a popular drop place, to begin with, but will die down as the week goes on.

Eliminations At Dirty Docks

Another simple challenge, but can be hard if you're a fan of Team Rumble based on its location on the map.

Dirty Docks is located right on the edge of the island, to the west of the map.

If you play Team Rumble enough times, more than likely the battle bus drops will allow a mix of both teams to drop in this location. Or the final circle will push you here.

Get on top of a building and search the attics for a chest and a rifle to quickly take out loot-less enemies,

WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY: Iron Man's no slouch

Drive A Car From Slurpy Swamp To Catty Corner In Less Than 4 Minutes Without Getting Out

This is a challenge you'll need to complete in regular modes (solos, duos, squads) due to vehicles being disabled in Team Rumble.

Slurpy Swamp is located in the south-west corner of the map, between the Fortilla and Weeping Woods.

You should be able to find a truck on the bridge at Slurpy Swamp.

Catty Corner is located directly opposite to the east, if you follow the roads, occasionally cutting through the centre when you can.

Collect Floating Rings At Coral Castle

A straight forward challenge that will require a bit of sleuthing and building.

Coral Castle is located on an isolated island to the north-west of the map.

Thanks to GamesRadar, we now know where to find them:

  • Atop a golden tower "on the southernmost sandbank"
  • On the roof of the location's largest central building
  • Above a hilltop tower to the northeast
  • On a bridge to the north, above another golden dome

In A Vehicle Jump Through The Flaming Ring At Salty Springs

Much like the motorboat challenge from last year, a flaming ring will be set up at Salty Springs.

You'll need to jump through it with a vehicle to complete the challenge.

Using the boost function should help you hit the ring with ease.

Make A Stark Robot Dance

There are a few locations you can go to - head to a Quinjet location or go to Stark Industries.

Once you find one, simply down the robot, hack it and then dance/emote next to it.

Alternatively, you can throw a Boogie Bomb at the robot. Boogie Bombs aren't uncommon but aren't always guaranteed.

Stark Industries will have more loot, located between the Authority and Steamy Stacks (towards the north-east), meaning more chance of getting a Boogie Bomb.

It's a challenge that can only be done in regular modes (solos, duos and squads).

Destroy Gorgers

'Gorgers' are large drones sent by Galactus, they produce small 'Gatherers', which were the subject of last week's challenges.

For this challenge, you'll need to locate a Gorger and attempt to destroy it.

The easiest method to do this is to grab a mythic weapon such as Iron Man's Repulsors or Unibeam.

Otherwise, use ranged attacks and keep your distance.

Deal Damage To Opponents At The Authority

A simple enough challenge, due to the location, it's very regularly the crossing point for modes like Team Rumble and regularly plays host to the final circles.

If you play Team Rumble enough times, more than likely the battle bus drops will allow a mix of both teams to drop in this location. Or the final circle will push you here.

Get on top of a building and search for a chest and a rifle to quickly take out loot-less enemies.

It may take you a few tries to do, so don't focus too heavily on getting this challenge done from the get-go and focus on other things; it'll come naturally.
