Chapter 2 Season 5 is almost here!
The long-awaited season is coming towards the tail end of the month, and players have not been more excited.
The season-ending event is gearing up to be one of the largest EVER, as Galactus looks to destroy the Fortnite map once and for all.
Now, we are looking ahead to what is in store for the new season; along with what could possibly happen during the event.

Galactus Event Live - 1st December
Upgraded Battle Bus Replaced - 1st December
The Upgraded Battle Bus has been replaced with the normal Battle Bus according to @ShiinaBR.
Event Playlist Added To API - 1st December
The official event playlist has been added to the API!
- Name: "THE DEVOURER OF WORLDS"
- Desc: "Defend the Island to save all Reality!"

Galactus Event Will Show Flashbacks Of Old Events? - 26th November
According to several dataminers, the new event has had assets from older events updated - suggesting we will get flashbacks from old events.
Skin Leak - 25th November
ximton on Twitter has posted a photo of a leaked Galactus wearable skin.
We can assume this will be in the item shop after the event!
Drive The Battle Bus? - 22nd November
ShiinaBR on Twitter has noted the following text blurb has been added into the game files:
"You do know how to drive the Battle Bus... right?"
Perhaps we will be able to take control of the battle bus during the event!
New Battle Bus - 21st November
FortTory has noted that the third stage of Tony Stark's battle bus is now live in-game!
As well, players should see the event countdown within the lobby now.
