The launch of the first season of post-launch content for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone is right around the corner after a short delay.
Believed to be the largest drop of free content in the history of the Call of Duty franchise, Season One will bring a wide variety of content across multiplayer, Warzone and zombies.
During the Modern Warfare cycle, the start of a new season meant the launch of new maps, game modes and the additions of new weaponry to the weapon arsenal.
For Season One, there will be a total of three new weapons added to the arsenal. The MAC-10 sub-machine gun, the Groza assault rifle, and the Streetsweeper shotgun which will arrive later in the season.
Find out how to get your hands on the MAC-10 and Groza as quickly as possible.

MAC-10 SMG
The MAC-10 is a compact SMG armed with a high rate of fire which makes it difficult to control.
It is similar to the MAC-11 SMG that first appeared on the very first Black Ops title that released a decade ago.
The SMG can be unlocked by reaching Tier 15 in the Season One Battle Pass which can be bought from the in-game store when the new season goes live on December 16th. For those that don’t want to purchase the Battle Pass, the first 30 Tiers are free, meaning you can still get your hands on the new weapon.
Alternatively, you can complete a challenge: kill 2 or more players rapidly, using SMGs, in 15 different matches.
Groza Assault Rifle
The Russian-developed Groza is loosely based on the AK-74u sub-machine gun. Designed in the 1990s, towards the end of the Cold War, the Groza appears to be one of the more mobile weapons in this particular category.
Thanks to the Gunsmith, players will have the ability to customise the Groza to suit any style of play by equipping limitless combinations of attachments that will improve a range of statistics.
