The M16 tactical rifle is arguably one of the best weapons to use in TDM. Its powerful three-round burst can take down a target with lethal efficiency and with the right set of attachments equipped, reacting quickly to an oncoming target is effortless.

Here are the best M16 attachments to use:

  • Millstop Reflex (Optic)
  • Muzzle Brake 5.56 (Muzzle)
  • 16” Strike Team (Barrel)
  • Foregrip (Underbarrel)
  • Quickdraw Handle (Handle)

The choice of barrel and handle improves the damage range and aim down sight speed, perfect for tackling opponents at any distance and reacting to any hostiles that approach your location.

Team Deathmatch Tips

Although the objective of TDM is very simple, picking up victories on a regular basis can be tricky.

Here are some tips and tricks to keep the wins rolling in.

Aggression

TDM is a race to the finish line and one of the most effective ways to score kills quickly is by rushing towards the opposition as fast as possible.

At the start of the game, head to the middle of the map, find some cover, and pick off any opponents you encounter.

Hold The Line

If getting in amongst the action isn’t your preferred style of play, the M16 can be just as effective when locking down a specific area of the map.

On some maps, it can be very easy to lock the other team into their furthest spawn point on the map. Make your way towards the centre of the map which overlooks their spawn area and pick them off before they even have time to realise where you are!
