Discord has announced that PSN players can now link PlayStation profiles to their accounts. Joining Xbox, Steam and Battle.net, Discord users can now share what they're playing automatically.
Confirmed on the company's official blog, Discord announced their partnership with PlayStation, offering instructions to connect your accounts. PlayStation owners can show off their PSN ID and gaming activities, so friends can see what games they’re trying out. However, if you're hoping for a dedicated app on Sony's consoles, you'll be disappointed.

So, how do you do it? To connect your Discord and PlayStation accounts, simply follow these instructions:
- Open up Discord
- Head into User Settings > Connections on desktop or web. On mobile devices, go to User Settings > Connections.
- Pick the newly introduced PlayStation icon
- Sign in to your PSN account
Once done, everything should go off without a hitch. While it's unfortunate there's no dedicated app, this'll make seeing what PlayStation games your friends are playing easier than before. We’ll keep you updated on what other plans PlayStation and Discord might have in the future.
