Worms Rumble, the latest in the long-running multiplayer franchise, has been announced by publisher Team17.
The series has been running since 1995, but this one has some big changes up its sleeve. Here's all we know!
What Is Worms Rumble?
The Worms series has always been about blowing up other invertebrates, primarily through turn-based attacks using anything from rocket launchers to exploding sheep.
Worms Rumble flips that on its head, moving combat into real-time with platforming elements and a whole host of firepower. With 32-players, crossplay, character customisation, deathmatch AND battle royale modes, it's sure to be explosive.
Release Date
We don't have a release date yet, other than that the game will come in late 2020.

Worms Rumble will launch on PlayStation 4 and Steam, with a PlayStation 5 version also coming.
