Genshin Impact Cor Lapis is an item used in some key recipes, and it’s a vital Ascension material for certain powerful characters.
Finding it isn’t quite so easy at first, as it’s only available in a few locations scattered around Liyue - an area you'll come across a little way into the game. Though they can be hard to find, Cor Lapis locations are always at the base of cliffs. Like other rare crystals, Cor Lapis looks different to normal ore deposits; you’ll know it once you find it, and as with any resource in Genshin Impact, we recommend putting a pin in some of the spots that aren’t too far away from your usual haunts. However, the reset rate is fairly long, so if you need a lot of Cor Lapis, plan on bringing some stamina-boosting meals as you’ll be climbing around a lot.

Cor Lapis Locations
You’ll find Cor Lapis deposits at the base of the cliffs throughout Liyue, but the ore concentrations are higher in a few key areas as shown in the map below (courtesy of MapGenie). Bring a greatsword character like Noelle to make busting the nodes easier.
By the way, you can purchase some Cor Lapis from the merchant Changshun in Liyue Harbor for 1,500 Mora each. You can get five pieces every two days.
Mt. Hulao has the most, but it’s also quite far out of the way. The area East of Lingju Pass, and the surrounding Cuijue Slope are good areas to check as well.
Cor Lapis Farming
Cor Lapis' reset rate is a little longer than a lot of other materials: it resets three whole days after you first harvest it. This goes for other rarer minerals too.
