Genshin Impact Strange Tooth Location: How To Farm Dragonspine Spear

If you want to create the Dragonspine Spear in Genshin Impact you're going to need a lot of Starsilver Ore and also the Northlander Polearm Prototype.

But on top of this you're also going to need to find Strange Teeth, which are available in the location of Dragonspine. However this task is anything but simple, largely because these teeth spawn only in specific areas and trying to find them manually could be a big risk, as it's possible you'll wipe out your party due to hypothermia.

Strange Tooth Locations

At the time of writing, the Strange Tooth will only spawns in four locations in Dragonspine. Picking up these four is crucial if aiming to use the teeth for crafting in the long run. The positions are as follows:

Strange Tooth collection area 1 -

From the Northwest Teleport Waypoint in Dragonspine, look to your left to see a small island in the middle of the river. This island will have large bones and a Cryo Abyss mage floating near it.

Strange Tooth collection area 2 -

From the Cryo Hypostasis Teleport waypoint, head down the path away from it. The spot will be to your left where large bones can be found. The tooth will be near a torch and a Geo Fatui agent examining the Strange Tooth.

Strange Tooth collection area 3 -

Teleport to the Teleport Waypoint nearest to the middle of Wyrmrest Valley and fly toward the middle of the ravine. A red cave will be found at the middle of the massive ribcage. The Strange Tooth will be to the left side of the cave.

Strange Tooth collection area 4 -

Starting from the east Dragonspine Teleport Waypoint closest to the ocean, look to your left and approach the spot where massive bones can be found. The patch of land in the middle of it will have the Strange Tooth

How To Farm Strange Tooth in Genshin Impact

If we're being really honest, it's very hard to farm Strange Teeth in Genshin Impact.

Once players collect these four teeth from the locations mentioned above, they'll take two days before they spawn in these spots again.

As such due to the slow respawn rate, the Strange Tooth can be very difficult to farm.

Revitalize The Teeth

Once you have the Strange Tooth, they can't be used for crafting yet. The teeth need to be revitalized using the heart of a fallen beast hidden in one of the caves of the mountain. Fortunately, the heart can be found near one of the Strange Tooth and is hard to miss due to its massive size.

Bring the teeth near the heart to revitalize it and it can now be used for crafting.

Crafting The Dragonspine Spear

So far, the Vitalized Dragontooth is only used for crafting the Dragonspine Spear in Genshin Impact. This spear is a craftable 4-star polearm that greatly benefits characters that use Cryo and mainly deal Physical Damage.

As of now, only Rosaria synergizes the weapon well as most polearm users work better with their elements. In future updates, the Strange Tooth could have more uses which could give it justice as one of the difficult materials to gather in Genshin Impact.
