Ghost of Tsushima: How To Use The Wind To Find Your Next Objective
You can discover new destinations by following the direction of the wind.
The first thing you do is to set a destination from your map. Press "Options", head into the map and set your waypoint.
Next, return to gameplay and swipe upwards on the Dualshock 4's touchpad to summon a gust of wind. The wind will blow in the direction of your next objective, showing you the direction you need to go to find nearby points of interest, such as undiscovered locations, objectives, or landmarks. Follow the wind's direction to explore and uncover new places on the map.
While this gives a great chance to check out the scenery, the wind can occasionally pop up at the edge of your screen - so be sure to check your periphery.
