When is the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 battle pass release date?
Fortunately, there isn't long to wait until the new battle pass lands in Fortnite. As per the in-game menus, it'll come into effect on March 10, 2023. That's after the current Chapter 4 Season 1 battle pass is set to end, but is the official release date as per renowned leaker Hypex. There should be a fairly rapid crossover to the new battle pass.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 battle pass rumours
The biggest rumour surrounding the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 battle pass is the introduction of a proper first person mode. It's been one of the biggest community requests since the No Build playlist was added last year, and now it seems those prayers may finally be answered.
On top of that, it seems Attack on Titan will be the main licensed franchise collaborating with Fortnite this time around. After Doom and The Witcher were included in the previous battle pass, it's an exciting crossover.
As per Hypex, you can also expect to see the following features added:
- New POIs: Lucky Landing and Neo-Tokyo
- Katanas and swords as equippable items
- Drivable motorcycles
- New weapons
- Tubes to slide across as a new traversal method
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 battle pass skins
HYPEX and Shiina are two of the most popular and reliable Fortnite insiders, and they’ve leaked some information on their Twitter pages, where you can find the picture with all of the new battle pass skins, as seen below:
The third on the top is a new skin for Drift, and it'll have a few different styles. The top-right skin is likely to be Tier 1 and the bottom-right is Tier 100. The one from the Tier 100 will be customisable, with various cosmetic modifiers.
The second and third bottom skins can be unlocked on pages eight and four, respectively. As for the other skins but Eren, we don’t have much information. Also, we should remind you that these are all leaks from insiders, and some of this information may turn out to be inaccurate. We've only got a short while to wait and see!
Is the Eren Yeager skin coming in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2?
According to these leaks, the answer is yes. Finally, Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan is going to show up in Fortnite as a secret skin for the new battle pass. Fans have been waiting for this character for a long time, and it’s good to see him in the game.
