How to break walls in Star Wars Outlaws

As you advance through the game, you'll encounter walls that can't be destroyed with regular weapons or bombs. However, there is a solution: the Power Bolt. This upgrade to your blaster lets you break through even the toughest walls.

A blaster is essentially a weapon if you're new to the game and unfamiliar with the terminology. It's any ranged weapon that fires bolts of intense plasma or particle-based energy, often mistaken for lasers. Blasters come in many shapes and sizes.

Remember that you won’t be able to unlock the Power Bolt at any point in the game; it becomes available at a specific part of the story. To get this module, you'll need to complete the Gunsmith quest.

However, before doing that, you'll have to finish one of the missions offered by the droid commando ND-5 when he first joins your Trailblazer: The Safecracker, The Droidsmith, or The Heavy.

Power bolt overview in Star Wars Outlaws

Regardless of which mission you complete, ND-5 will contact you afterward and ask you to return to the Trailblazer to speak with him. Once you do, he'll provide the parts needed for the Power Bolt module.

At this point, you must interact with the blaster modification table and apply the Power Bolt upgrade to your blaster. This is where the magic happens. You've completed the Gunsmith quest, and now you can easily break through walls.

To use the Power Bolt for breaking walls, hold down the button you use to switch blaster modes (Triangle/Y). Then, just aim at the walls and fire.
