Icarus First Cohort: What Is the Max Level Cap?

In Icarus: First Cohort, players are dropped down onto a hostile planet that once served as Earth's hope for a new habitable home. Once on the surface, they'll fight, scavenge and craft in the hopes of staying alive long enough to make it back into orbit. There's plenty to see and do as you explore the savage wilderness of Icarus, with the ability to squad up in teams of eight for co-operative PvE play. Icarus: First Cohort recently exited beta, with its full launch adding in new features and expanding the level cap.

In this guide, we'll explain what the current level cap is, so that you can know where the ceiling is as you level up and play.

Icarus First Cohort: What Is the Max Level Cap?

The maximum level cap in Icarus is 99 at launch. This was increased from level 30, which was the highest players could go while playing the beta. With each new level, players earn skill points, which are in turn spent in one of the four skill trees. These include: Survival, Construction, Combat, and Solo. You'll need to choose where you spend your points carefully, as you will not be able to unlock all of them before you hit level 99. It's possible that the level cap could be increased in the future, so stay tuned for future updates.
