What's New?

Of course, when a developer decides to remastered three of its old titles, one of which only came out a few years ago, fans are going to want something to change come release date.

Sega has gone above and beyond for these remastered titles, and have stated the following regarding all three games:

"The Yakuza Remastered Collection is far from a typical console generation port. In addition to graphical and performance upgrades (720p>1080p at 30>60fps), all three games have gone through a rigorous relocalization process. The English scripts for each game have been reviewed, revised, and even rewritten in some cases, and content previously cut from the Western releases of Yakuza 3, 4, and 5 have been readded in The Yakuza Remastered Collection."

Day One Edition

There are no deluxe or special editions of this remastered collection, however select retailers are offering a special Day one edition of the game. Where you will get a "striking red collectiblecase emblazoned with Kiryu’s trademark dragon tattoo while supplies last."
