CDL 2020: Simp Atlanta FaZe Player Profile For Call of Duty League 2020

Chris "Simp" Lehr is a support SMG for the Atlanta FaZe. The 18-year-old America will feature as part of the Atlanta franchise in the Call of Duty League (CDL) 2020 Season.

Simp is best known for his MVP World Championship performance in Black Ops 4 for eUnited's Call of Duty esports team.

The 'Young-God' made a name for himself early on in Black Ops 3 for his incredible Search and Destroy performances, but was ineligible to compete due to his age. Once he came of age, Simp was regarded as one of the best talents in the Black Ops 4 season.

Here's ZooMaa's player profile for the CDL 2020 season.

For the debut season of the Call of Duty League, Simp will be a part of Atlanta FaZe - the team consists of:

  • Tyler 'aBeZy' Pharris
  • McArthur 'Cellium' Jovel
  • Michael 'MajorManiak' Szymaniak
  • Preston 'Priestahh' Greiner
  • Chris "Simp" Lehr

ZooMaa's History

Advanced Warfare

It was late in the Advanced Warfare season that Simp made his one and only LAN appearance at ETG 10 with Marshmelo, Fester and Koopamango - placing third.

Black Ops 3

During the Black Ops 3 season, Simp quickly found his name mentioned with the greats as he was known for being one of the best Search and Destroy stars in Call of Duty.

Simp was unfortunately not old enough to compete in the CWL, meaning he was left with little options. With three years to go until he was able to play professionally, Simp signed for the eUnited academy team (eUnited Cadets).

Within the BO3 season, he won all four LAN events that he attended.

Infinite Warfare

Simp's Infinite Warfare season was far quieter, only having registered a few online UMG tournament wins, even moving back to Black Ops 3 for a short period.

WWII

WWII seemed to be another year of waiting to turn 18. However, Simp was far more active within the scene both online and offline.

Offline, Simp claimed four local LAN event wins with several top 4 placings in online UMG tournaments.

Black Ops 4

With Simp finally turning 18 in February, he was now eligible to play professionally in the CWL, which was one of the greatest breakout years for a player in COD esports history.

Simp won twelve online tournaments during his Black Ops 4 career, many being in Search & Destroy.

For the early parts of the season, he was still under 18 and left to compete in some local LAN events; winning 2/3.

The CWL Fort Worth Open, a tournament for all of those not in the CWL Pro League, was the first event where he would be eligible to compete under FC Black; the team of Simp, Asim, Phantomz, GRVTY and Cellium placed first.

After Rostermania occurred, Simp was brought into the starting lineup for eUnited. His first major event was at CWL London, where he pulled of incredible clutch plays throughout; unfortunately falling short of the Championship, thanks to winner 100 Thieves.

The team came top of their Pro League division and went on to win the Pro League playoffs, bagging his share of $500,000 and the MVP trophy.

The Cinderella story didn't stop there, eUnited and Simp went on to win the last ever COD Champs, where he again picked up the MVP trophy.
