AN-94 Modern Warfare Attachments, Setup And Loadout For Your Class

The AN-94 arrived in Modern Warfare during Season 5 and is still available for players to unlock thanks to some post launch challenges.

The nostalgic rifle originates from Black Ops 2 and was a force to be reckoned with.

If you're looking for a new rifle - this is the one for you. It's basically the AK-47...but good.

Here's the best loadout for the AN-94.

AN-94 Best Attachments

The AN-94 is a cutting edge 5.45x39mm Russian assault rifle with a unique hyperburst feature:

The initial shot of a full-auto volley is followed up by an instantaneous second round before significant recoil is felt.

This creates a tightly grouped cluster of shots with increased damage potential. The mechanism is fed by a canted magazine and a reciprocating receiver helps control the recoil.

The AN-94 assault rifle has some incredible stats, just beating the M4A1 in damage. With the right attachments, this weapon could be the replacement for the Bruen MK9.

For an aggressive playstyle, you'll want attachments that allow you to shoot quickly (high mobility) and high accuracy for those clutch situations.

The attachment's you'll want to use are:

  • Monolithic Suppressor (Muzzle)
  • AN-94 Factory 330mm (Barrel)
  • Tac laser (Laser)
  • Merc Foregrip (Underbarrel)
  • FORGE TAC Ultralight (Stock)

These attachments give a good balance of accuracy, mobility and control making for a deadly weapon at close range.

If you struggle to use iron sights, we recommend switching the Monolithic Suppressor for one of the Reflex sights. This will make aiming easier, but won't give you the benefits of a suppressed weapon.

Knife

The combat knife is a risky pick but can give you a massive advantage in some scenarios.

Running with the combat knife gives you some incredible speed, allowing you to get into positions early and pick off unsuspecting enemies.

This paired with the Double Time perk (Perk 1) giving you the opportunity for some crazy outplays that wouldn't otherwise be possible. Fortunately, this weapon doesn't come with any equipable attachments, so no need to worry there.

Grenades and Perks

Lethal

For the lethal equipment, we recommend you choose the Proximity Mine.

This can shut off areas of the map, without having to worry about them. By doing this, you can easily trap your enemies, and force them into chokepoints on each map.

You'll need the Shrapnel perk (perk 3), as this allows you to carry two of these off the bat. Only having one decreases its value as you can only hold one doorway or corner.

Tactical

For your tactical equipment, you'll want to pick the Stim. This allows you to get out of tricky situations quickly, and jump back into the fight just as fast.

The Stim regenerates both your tactical sprint, and your health, so it can be used in multiple scenarios.

Perks

The three we recommend you use are:

  • Double Time (Perk 1)
  • Ghost (Perk 2)
  • Shrapnel (Perk 3)

Double Time will compliment your playstyle very well, as this allows you to get around the map much faster with double the tactical sprint.

Ghost will keep you off enemy radars, allowing you to pull off some quick flanks without being spotted by UAVs.

Finally, Shrapnel will give you two lethal equipment, instead of one. When using the proximity mines, you'll be able to shut down areas of the map with ease.
