Splyce Win Gfinity CWL Summer Masters
After a dramatic weekend, packed with insane clutches, crucial plays, ninja defuses and upsets, Splyce have emerged victorious as your Gfinity Call of Duty World League Summer Master Champions!
The all-star English squad fended off competition from the likes of U4X eSports and Riot Gaming in the group stages of the event, before defeating Epsilon eSports and Exertus eSports in the quarter and semi-finals.
However, Splyce’s biggest challenge came in the form of the top seed, HyperGames, who, to the pleasant surprise of many fans, proved they are not simply an online team.
Unfortunately, HyperGames were unable to cement their role as the best Call of Duty team in Europe, as Splyce swept aside the rising stars, in a swift 4-0 series.
Splyce have now secured their first championship as an organisation, solidifying themselves as serious title contenders within the competitive Call of Duty community.
