We've seen some big developments this week with Activision's ongoing crisis. Following reports that CEO Bobby Kotick allegedly covered up allegations of harassment and sexual violence, we've seen interventions by PlayStation boss Jim Ryan and Head of Xbox Phil Spencer, alongside protests from Activision Blizzard employees.
Known as the ABK Workers Alliance, they've begun openly protesting his leadership, setting up an
internal petition between Activision Blizzard employees. That states:
We, the undersigned, no longer have confidence in the leadership of Bobby Kotick as the CEO of Activision Blizzard. The information that has come to light about his behaviors and practices in the running of our companies runs counter to the culture and integrity we require of our leadership--and directly conflicts with the initiatives started by our peers.

Over 1,800 Activision Blizzard Staff Call for Bobby Kotick’s Resignation
As for the Alliance's goals, they've demanded Bobby Kotick removes himself as CEO, requesting a new CEO be selected without his input. Even if Kotick resigns, he'd still own "a substantial portion of the voting rights of the shareholders," hence the stipulation. Currently, signatures have risen to 1337 employees.
As for external support, ABK Workers Alliance has requested people sign the "Remove Bobby Kotick From Activision/Blizzard" over on Change.org, which has currently hit 11,6330 signatures. We'll continue reporting on this situation as new developments arise.
