How to unlock STG 44 in Warzone

Unlocking the STG 44 isn't a big deal in Warzone Pacific. There are no challenges that need to be completed. Nor do you need to complete any specific mission in order to get your hands on this weapon.

All you need to do is boot up the game and hop into it. This weapon is available at Rank 1 itself, so thank Activision for not putting you through the grind early on!

A little bit of testing has gone into finding the best attachments for this weapon. With this particular combination, the Assault Rifle will certainly be amongst the best weapons to use when roaming Caldera.

Although this weapon has good mobility, we'll be trading some of it to get added damage onto this weapon. The MX Silencer, VDD 760mm 05B, M1941 Hand Stop, and VDD 34S Weighted Stock all sacrifice movement speed for better recoil management, range and accuracy.

Overall, this build revolves around adding increased damage to this weapon, so don't be stunned if you find yourself taking down groups of enemies with ease. The Vital perk adds increased torso damage while Fully Loaded gives you a full supply of ammunition.

Best STG 44 Warzone perks and equipment

Once the attachments have been equipped, selecting the best Perks for the job is just as important, giving you even more versatility during a match.

Perks

• EOD (Perk 1)
• Overkill (Perk 2)
• Combat Scout (Perk 3)

Kicking things off is EOD. This perk makes sure you take less damage from explosives (it makes you a tank of sorts). Next up is Overkill. This perk will allow you to hide easily from enemy spy planes, making you invisible to enemy radar.

Last but not least is Combat Scout. This allows you to highlight a target you've hit, making them much easier to see in amongst the foliage of Caldera and the darker areas of Rebirth Island.
