- Status: Confirmed
- Last Verified: March 6, 2026
- Quick Answer: Season 2 Reloaded is coming soon to Black Ops 7, and some of the upcoming additions have already been teased or revealed
Season 2 Reloaded is next in Black Ops 7 and Warzone, which means more new content will drop soon on both games. The second half of a season tends to be lighter in content, but it won't be the case this time.
Now that all the content has been announced, we have prepared a summary with the important information, so you can get up to speed and prepare for everything.
When Does Black Ops 7 Season 2 Reloaded Start?
Season 2 Reloaded of Black Ops 7 is expected to begin on Wednesday, March 11, for all platforms. An update with all the new content will go live at 9:00 AM PT (5:00 PM GMT).
Season 2 Reloaded is not expected to stay live for too long, as the season is currently scheduled to end on April 2, three weeks later.
New Weapons
Two new weapons are still scheduled for the second half of the season, and here is a list of them, along with some minor details:

- Voyak KT-3 (Assault Rifle): Can be unlocked through an event.
- Swordfish A1 (Marksman Rifle): Can be unlocked through an event.
Multiplayer Maps
The following multiplayer maps will be added to the game once Season 2 Reloaded goes live:

- Cliff Town (6v6): Yemen remastered, medium-sized.
- Torque (6v6): Small-sized.
- Mission: Peak (20v20): Skirmish map.
- Grind (6v6): Port from Black Ops 6, medium-sized.
- Firing Range (6v6): Port from Black Ops 6, small-sized.
New Multiplayer Modes
Two other modes are coming with this mid-season content update, and we have seen one of them several times before in the franchise. Here are the modes, along with a short description for each one:
- Gauntlet: Flex your skillset in the new Gauntlet mode, challenging teams to vie for victory over five different game modes, played one after the other. The team with the best results across all five modes is declared champion.
- Infected: A single player is randomly chosen at the start to be the first infected. Survivors need to stay alive until the time runs out to win. If a survivor dies, they respawn as an infected and have to kill all survivors before the timer runs out.
New Zombies Map: Paradox Junction
The major addition coming with the Season 2 Reloaded update is a brand-new Zombies map called Paradox Junction. This new round-based map takes us back to Nuketown, but two versions: one set in the past and one set in the possible future.
The past version is a normal Nuketown, similar to the map we saw in Black Ops 6's multiplayer, while the possible future version shows us an apocalyptic version, where a nuke has gone off.
You can take a look at the two versions in the map's trailer below:

Other Details
These are other minor details about the upcoming additions, so you don't miss out on anything:

- A new scorestreak titled Lockshot will be added and will cost 450 points. It is described as "a sleek smart pistol with 3 rounds that can lock onto multiple targets. A single trigger pull eliminates every locked target in quick succession." Here are the overlock abilities for this streak:
- Multi-Lock: Adds one round to the magazine, allowing you to lock onto one additional enemy.
- Quick-Lock: Reduces enemy lock-on time.
- The Lockshot scorestreak will be added to Zombies as well, and will cost 1250 Salvage.
- A new GobbleGum called Turncoat is also getting added. After consuming it, nearby zombies are turned to do your bidding.
