Best Landing & Loot Locations
Fire Station 57 (23)
Found just out of sight from the northern apartment block is the fire station. With two sets of double-doors open, it is easy to land straight into the building by cutting the parachute at the right time and begin looting as soon as your feet hit the floor.
The fire station always contains a loot crate in the garage but it is often exposed, making you an easy target as you look to get your hands on a strong primary weapon.
The watch tower provides a great vantage point for snipers and is always a part of the building to be cautious when attempting to make an attempt at crossing the open areas.
Gas Station (South) and Burger Town Block (26)
Adjacent to the public house and apartments, the gas station and Burger Town block are one of the quieter areas to land yet still contains plenty of loot to acquire.
Access to the roof of Burger Town is very easy thanks to access to the ladder on the eastern and western corners of the building, providing the ability to overlook the area but the lack of cover on the roof may see you opt for cover inside the building, with numerous windows still providing solid sightlines to the roofs of the apartment blocks.
Market (27)
Situated in between the two rows of buildings is the market. Filled with plenty of small kiosks, there is an abundance of loot to be found in either loot crates or on the ground.
Often used as an alternative landing spot for players that are unable to make it into the buildings, action in this area can escalate very quickly, meaning any form of loot will give you some form of advantage.
Use the cover the best you can to avoid fire from both sides of the market. It is a tad risky landing here but it can certainly pay off if you can land some strong early-game loot.
Strategy, Tips & Tricks
Cover Is the Key
There is so much cover in this area so it is very important to use it to your advantage.
With so many lines of sight from all over the area, use cover to block of at least one of them to allow you and your team to focus on any threats in the surrounding area without having to worry about another angle that could be difficult to hold.
Don’t Forget About the Woods
The north-eastern corner of the promenade has a small area of woodland and some abandoned train carriages that make for the perfect cover.
In the latter stages of the game, this particular area of the map provides plenty of concealment from gunfire, making it a hotly contested area as the final teams battle for victory.
The woods also make for the best way to move out of the area thanks to the tall trees covering your movements onto a new area of the map.
