Many fans will be anticipating its return, because it was one of the most well-known survival horror games in past generations. The past several years have seen a rush of remakes and remaster in the game industry, and while Isaac Clarke's original plot still holds up today, this new iteration is eagerly awaited by fans.

Dead Space remake system requirements

The system requirements for the Dead Space remake can be found on the game's Steam page. That way, you can directly cross-reference your specs with those determined by Motive Studio.

The remake will need, at minimum, an AMD Ryzen 5 or otherwise Intel Core i5 CPU with 16 GB of RAM, as stated on the Dead Space Steam page. The least GPU power that PC gamers will require will be either an AMD RX 5700 or GTX 1070, although an RX 6700 XT or RTX 2070 is suggested. The game won't need anything particularly powerful, like an RTX 3090 or the future Nvidia RTX 4090. Any 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows 10 would be required for the operating system.

In summary, it doesn't sound like anyone wishing to experience the Dead Space remake will have too much trouble. Anybody using a setup younger than two years old should be able to play the game without any issues, although slightly low-end systems will probably be required to lower the visual settings.
