Stalker 2 Heart Of Chernobyl Delayed, New Release Window in Late 2022
Right now, GSC Game World hasn't formally commented on this but if true, that'd place the game's release window close to Starfield, Saints Row, and Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. Arguably, it has few direct contenders at this time, though that'll certainly change as the year advances.
Elsewhere, the developers recently backpedaled on pursuing NFTs with Stalker 2 and the multiplayer's launching in a post-release update. We'll have to wait for official updates from the developer to see if this game will still arrive on April 28th, 2022 for Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The developers also confirm that announcements, updates, and showcases will be revealed throughout the year. However, the developers didn't leave dates for the next announcements after the delay.
