The notorious demon gun glitch in Warzone hasn't impacted players for several months but as Season 3 of the battle royale works its way towards the Season 3 Reloaded update, the glitch is causing problems once again.

Raven Software often addresses game-breaking glitches in a timely manner but despite its best efforts, the glitch continues to appear whether it's on Caldera or Rebirth Island.

Previous iterations of the glitch only affect the weapon players hold over the course of a match but this time around, the graphical bug is affecting player models making them impossible to see.

Warzone Demon Gun Glitch Is Back

The demon gun glitch is arguably one of the worst to encounter during a match. The spikes often obscure the view of the player holding the bugged weapon while anyone standing in front is unable to see their target.

This latest variant of the bug takes things one step further. Reddit user "OowlwoO" was aiming for a cash drop on Rebirth Island before a monstrous blob appears down the nearby staircase.

To add insult to injury, the glitch instantly boots the player out of the game once they're downed. Although the bug affected the opponent, its appearance is far from ideal.

It's unclear if this case of the demon gun glitch is a one-off incident. If it is, there's a chance Raven Software won't apply any fixes but if more players experience the issue in the coming days, the developer will need to apply a fix before the problem gets out of hand.

If you do see any spiky blocks roaming Caldera and Rebirth Island, it's probably best to avoid them if you want any chance of survival.
