The legendary Diablo 3 has always been famous for letting you play both in single player mode and in cooperative mode. But what about Diablo 4? Below, we will tell you if Diablo 4 has couch co-op.
Fans know how fun it was to play Diablo 3 sitting on the couch with friends. What could be better than gathering a few friends and playing the new release together?
Diablo 4 couch co-op explained
Yes, Diablo 4 has couch co-op at launch!
In Diablo 4, the developers have made it possible to play a couch co-operative mode for two players only, whereas in Diablo 3 you could play together with four players. But still, the good news is that the opportunity to play together remains.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to do this on PC since this feature is only available on PlayStation and Xbox. But luckily, you shouldn't have any problems getting started playing co-op on the same console, since the whole process is quite simple:
- Connect the gamepad to the console.
- Сlick on the Start button.
- Choose a character.
Diablo 4 couch co-op features
Compared to Diablo 3, Diablo 4 couch co-op is more comfortable to play. Blizzard made it possible for two players to open the inventory at the same time, which will definitely save you some time. In addition, you don't need to wait for your friend to buy something in the shop, as this problem has been solved as well, and now you can both use the shop at the same time, or run around while the other's shopping.
