How to get Divine Twine in Final Fantasy 14
Vendor | Location coordinates |
---|---|
Khaldeen | Radz-at-Han (x10.8 / y10.4) |
Nesvaaz | Radz-at-Han (x10.6 / y10.0) |
To get Divine Twine in Final Fantasy 14, you need to complete a run of the Thaleia alliance raid introduced in patch 6.5. Once you defeat the final boss each week, a Thaleia Coin is added to your inventory.
You can exchange a Thaleia Coin alongside an Aglaia Coin and Euphrosyne Coin to Khaldeen in Radz-at-Han for a single Divine Twine.
You can also exchange Anabaseios Mythos books from the Savage Anabaseios raids for Divine Twine at Djole's stall in Radz-at-Han's West Balshahn Bazaar area as well.
With both methods combined, you can earn more than one Thaleia Coin each week to speed up the process.
Where to use Divine Twine in Final Fantasy 14
Vendor | Location coordinates |
---|---|
Khaldeen | Radz-at-Han (x10.8 / y10.4) |
Djole | Radz-at-Han (x10.4 / y9.6) |
Once you've got your hands on a Divine Twine, just take it to Radz-at-Han to spend it on a new piece of gear at Khaldeen, who you'll find occupying the first stall on the left if you go into West Balshahn Bazaar from the Radz-at-Han Aetheryte Plaza.
What is Divine Twine used for in FFXIV?
You can exchange a single Divine Twine alongside the 'Credendum' head, body, hands, legs, or feet gear from the Thaleia alliance raid for an 'Augmented' version instead. Augmented gear is ten item levels higher than the base piece.
Is the 6.5 raid gear good?
As of patch 6.5, Augmented Credendum gear obtained by upgrading Credendum gear from the Thaleia raid is ten item levels higher than Tomestone gear from the previous patch.
It's also 20 levels higher than the previous standard 8-man raid gear, and the same item level as the gear found in the previous patch's savage raid tier.
This makes it some of the easiest and most powerful gear to obtain in the game currently.
