Future Stars Team 2 arrives this Friday into FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, bringing a whole host of incredible new cards into FUT, highlighting the stars of tomorrow, and some potential ratings and stats they may achieve if they realise their potential.
Alongside a squad of newly released, players, it’s been confirmed that 3 items from Team 1 will also be featured in Future Stars Team 2 with new position changed cards with slightly different stat distributions, so be sure to keep an eye out for those!
Future Stars Team 2 Predictions
Here are our predictions for the next batch of players we’re expecting to see featured in Future Stars!
Giovanni Reyna, Reece James & Diogo Dalot
As confirmed by EA Sports, Reyna, James and Dalot will be featuring again in Future Stars Team 2 with some position changed cards that also have some different stats to their current cards available in packs in Team 1.
Ansu Fati
Having broken into the Barcelona first team, earning the La Liga POTM for September this season, Ansu Fati is already starting to realise his potential, and if he keeps developing, could become one of the best players in the world in the next 10 years!
He makes it into our Future Stars Team 2 prediction as the highest-rated item!
Ferran Torres
Ferran Torres has shown some real glimpses of quality for Manchester City so far this season, especially during their Champions League campaign.
We’d be surprised if he doesn’t feature in the Future Stars Team 2, or at least as a player pick SBC, giving players the opportunity to choose between a RM or ST version of the Spaniard.
Bukayo Saka
Deployable anywhere on the left side of the pitch, the 19-year-old has made his way into the Arsenal first 11 and become a real threat on the left, with 2020 being a truly breakout year, and with a lack of English attacking talent in Team 1, perhaps we see him included in Team 2.
Jude Bellingham
It wouldn’t be a Future Stars promo without mentioning Jude Bellingham, the most expensive 17-year old in football history, who joined Dortmund last year for £20.7m.
There’s still a lot for Jude to prove in one of Europe’s biggest teams, but if he carries on his steady path of progression, there’s no reason why he couldn’t be one of England’s top midfielders in the next decade.
Antony
The Eredivisie is stacked with top tier talent in FUT this year, and a Future Stars Antony would add to the pool of awesome players no doubt!
If he carries on his form that he’s been displaying so far this season, and reaches his apparent 88 potentials according to SoFIFA, we could be looking at one of the stars of tomorrow!
Rayan Cherki
The 17-year-old looks to be one of France’s finest young prospects, already being a feature of Lyon’s first team. We’ve given him an 88 rated card, matching his potential he currently has assigned in Career Mode.
Ibrahima Konate
Leipzig is full of players with bags of potential, and another player that may feature from their team is Ibrahima Konate. The highly promising 21-year-old has been linked with a number of big-money moves, and will no doubt be the next big thing at Leipzig after Dayot Upamecano’s transfer.
Wesley Fofana
Leicester City’s young centre half has had a very good season so far, covering largely for the injured Soyuncu for a large portion of their successful league campaign.
Even with the Turk fit, Fofana has challenged him and Evans for a starting spot has been a consistent performer throughout, and is more than deserving of a Future Stars item!
Curtis Jones
Finishing off our Future Stars Team 2 prediction, we had to include one of Liverpool’s breakthrough talents, and we’ve gone with midfielder Curtis Jones, who has a potential of 86 according to SoFIFA.
There’s certainly a gap in the midfield that could be ready for the Liverpool born 19-year-old to step into, and given his inclusion in the first 11 over the course of the season, he could be ready to make the jump.
