Rave Breaker tips and abilities

The Rave Breaker is one that is ready to break up some terrible dance sessions with its long range weapon. Much like our girl Mel T, he can deal some damage from a great distance, even though not that much. On the plus side, he doesn't need to be unlocked as he's just part of the starting selection of characters.

The Rave Breaker shoots a continuous jet of foam, much like he's using a fire hose. Definitely great to break up parties, but on the battlefield you'd have to be careful to use it efficiently. His abilities are not much, but overall do complement his main weapon quite efficiently.

Let's look at the Rave Breaker's abilities:

  • Home in the Foam: this ability enables the Breaker to dive in the foam, and travel underground until he pops up. Strangely enough, popping up doesn't really deal damage to enemies, but you can use it for some surprise attacks at least.
  • Decontamination: by using this ability, the Rave Breaker shall plant a mine which remains hidden, until one enemy walks close to it. Then it will detonate and deal damage to everyone around it.
  • The Party's Over: the Rave Breaker's ultimate ability will shoot out a rolling attack which will steam roll enemies along the way and clear foam. Not great for dealing damage, but definitely handy to get out of a complicated situation.

That’s all the info we have on the Rave Breaker’ skill set so far, but we’ll be sure to update this guide once we’ve spent more time on the game. For more on the soapy shooter, you can take a look at our Foamstars The Baristador guide.
