Halo Infinite: How To Use The Gravity Hammer
The hammer carries a lot of weight this time around, making it a lot slower to swing and manoeuvre. This means that you'll need to time your hits to perfection in order to land an effective blow.
But the melee weapon's sluggishness is substituted with a higher blast radius on impact, so you're more likely to get multi and double kills than in previous Halos. Just make sure to charge and wind up your hammer before hitting your enemies Thor-style.
It can be useful for jumping on groups from above, as this will give you enough time to charge up while the weapon's shock is likely to impact all of them. Try not to carry the hammer head-on, as its weight will pull you back and prevent you from making a quick getaway.
The Gravity Hammer has been a fan-favourite weapon since day one and while it's received a slight nerf, the Mjölnir is still a lot of fun to use. If you're having trouble using other guns, check out our guides on the Needler and the S7 Sniper Rifle.
